Privacy Policy
Summary: Koihop collects no data. We have no servers that receive your data, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
This policy explains how the Koihop app for iPhone (“Koihop”, “the app”), published by MCOCLOUD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (“we”), handles information.
1. Information we collect
None. Koihop does not create accounts and does not send any personal data, usage data, diagnostics or identifiers to us or to any third party for analytics or advertising. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
2. Data stored on your device
The servers, subscriptions, proxy groups, rules, modules, scripts and settings you add are stored only on your device, in the app’s sandbox and its App Group (shared with the app’s own tunnel extension and widgets). Connection logs, the request list in Activity, session reports and crash reports are also kept only on your device. They leave your device only if you choose to share them, for example by exporting a backup or sharing a log or crash report.
3. Network connections the app makes
- Your traffic. When connected, Koihop routes your device’s traffic on the device according to your rules, either directly or through the proxy servers you configure. Those servers are operated by you or your provider, not by us; their handling of your traffic is governed by their own policies.
- Subscriptions, rule sets, modules and scripts are downloaded directly from the URLs you add. When a Clash profile refers to GEOSITE lists, the matching public rule lists are downloaded from cdn.jsdelivr.net.
- Latency tests request http://www.gstatic.com/generate_204 through the server being tested.
- Scripts you add may make network requests as written by their authors; review scripts before you add them.
4. HTTPS decryption
HTTPS decryption is off unless you turn it on. If you do, the app creates a certificate on your device; its private key is stored in your device’s Keychain and is never sent anywhere. Decrypted traffic is processed only on your device, according to the rewrite rules and scripts you add.
5. Apple services
Downloads, updates and reviews are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. The VPN configuration is managed by iOS.
6. Children
Koihop is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
7. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
